Recruitlink helps high school athletes get college sports scholarships. Our expert staff will help you along the way towards becoming a collegiate athlete. We make sure that you are seen by the right college coaches and are given best opportunity to play college sports. This is how our service works.
- Athlete Signs Up and Creates ORB
- Once you sign up with RecruitLink, you will create your ORB. Athletes are instructed how to upload their stats, academics, and how to record all of their videos. Once your ORB is created, it is placed in the RecruitLink database which is searchable by anyone, anywhere, including coaches.
- RecruitLink Contacts High School Coach
- Recruitlink will contact your high school coach to verify your stats and academic information. We will discuss which level of competition fits you best, and then look at your stats, physical size, and skill sets.
- Athlete Completes Questionnaire
- Athletes will receive a questionnaire from RecruitLink that will help us better understand where to send your ORB. You will be able to select where in the country you would be willing to play, what type of school you would like to attend, such as a public, private, religious, or liberal arts school. We work with over 2100 colleges and universities across the country.
- Schools Are Selected
- Recruitlink finalizes which level of play fits your abilities and where you would like to attend school. The number of schools your ORB is sent to will depend on where you want to play and where you fit in. If you want to play basketball only in Utah, there are only 11 schools that have basketball programs. But if you are willing to play anywhere in the country, there are over 1924 schools where we could potentially send your ORB. The more willing you are to play anywhere in the country, the higher your chances are of receiving a scholarship. You will also be sent out based on certain skills and size. If you are a 160 LB. football lineman, we will send your ORB to schools that fit your size. Division 1 football linemen usually weigh around 300 LBS so you would not be sent to schools where you would not be a good match.

- Recruitlink Sends ORB
- Recruitlink will email your ORB to college coaches so they can instantly view your profile. They will see your videos and all information about you. With RecruitLink there is no better way to display your talents to coaches. They prefer the ORB over anything available to them.
- Updates of ORB and Stats
- You are encouraged to upload new game films as often as possible. Put your weekly game film online and make sure to update your stats throughout the season as coaches will see your weekly updates. Had a huge game? Make sure coaches know about it.
- Athlete Controls ORB
- Once your ORB is created, it’s yours. It can be embedded on any webpage like MySpace or Facebook. Email your ORB to all your friends, family, and fans.
- Coaches Contact Athletes
- As soon as coaches receive your ORB, they can review and evaluate your information. If they are interested in your abilities, they will contact you. Hundreds of coaches will see your athletic talents and you will be on your way to becoming a collegiate athlete.
